A workplace rights and claim evaluation is an initial attorney review of a workplace concern to help you better understand whether the situation may raise legal issues and what next steps may be available.
What types of workplace issues can be evaluated?
This evaluation may apply to concerns involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, workplace unfairness, harassment, concerns after termination, leave or accommodation issues, and other employment related concerns.
What does the evaluation include?
The evaluation includes attorney review of your submitted workplace concern, review of up to 10 pages of supporting documents, initial issue spotting, and guidance on possible next steps based on the information provided.
Should I upload supporting documents?
Yes, if you have them. Helpful documents may include termination notices, emails, text messages, written warnings, HR communications, policy documents, performance documents, or other materials connected to your concern.
What if I have more than 10 pages of documents?
You may select the additional document review upgrade if you want the firm to review more supporting materials as part of the evaluation.
Does this service mean the firm will represent me?
No. This service provides an initial evaluation only. It does not include legal representation, filing a claim, negotiation, demand letters, litigation, or ongoing legal services unless separately agreed.
Can I ask follow up questions after the evaluation?
If available, you may add follow up questions or an online consultation as an optional upgrade before checkout.
Can I use this service if my matter is not connected to Tennessee?
