If your engagement is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email along with an invoice for services. Employment Compliance Advisory for Businesses includes service options starting at $350, depending on whether the business needs a question review, policy or document review, or advisory session.
Longer documents often require more review time, more issue spotting, and more analysis. Page tier pricing helps align the review fee with the scope of the document submitted.
Review will not begin until the correct document length is confirmed and any required additional payment is received. Please select the page range that matches the full uploaded document.
Some services may offer optional upgrades, such as express review, online consultation, amendment support, negotiation support, additional document review, follow up questions, or additional advisory time. Available upgrades depend on the service selected.
Review begins after conflicts are cleared, engagement is confirmed and payment is made.
Yes. Payment is required before review, evaluation, or advisory work begins.

Legal services are limited to matters arising under Tennessee law and applicable federal law. Representation in matters involving laws in matters involving the laws in other states may require consultation with or referral to locally licensed counsel.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

A Workplace Rights and Claim Evaluation is an initial attorney review of a workplace concern. It is designed to help Tennessee employees and professionals better understand whether a workplace situation may raise legal concerns and potential next steps.
This evaluation may apply to discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment or hostile work environment concerns, unfair treatment, wage or pay concerns, leave or accommodation concerns, concerns after termination, and other employment related issues.
Employment Compliance Advisory helps Tennessee businesses address employment law questions, workplace compliance concerns, DEI compliance concerns, policy issues, employee related concerns, and employment document review needs.
Choose Business Employment Question Review if your business has one focused employment law or compliance question.

Choose Employment Policy or Document Review if you need a policy, handbook section, agreement template, or workplace document reviewed.

Choose Compliance Advisory Session if you need to speak with an attorney about a specific workplace compliance issue.
No. Business advisory services provide focused guidance based on the selected service. Policy implementation, employee communications, ongoing legal support, litigation, agency responses, or continuous counsel are not included unless separately agreed.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

After submitting your information and any relevant documents, the firm will review your request to determine whether the engagement can be accepted and to confirm there are no conflicts.

If the engagement is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, next steps, and an invoice within 24–48 business hours. Services begin only after payment has been received and the engagement has been confirmed.

Once your matter is underway, you will receive review feedback, evaluation insight, legal guidance, or advisory support based on the service selected.
Most submissions receive an acceptance or declination response within 24–48 business hours.

If your engagement is accepted and payment is received, most agreement reviews are completed within 5–7 business days, or within 3 business days when Express Delivery is selected.

Turnaround times for evaluations and advisory services may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the matter.
Include the deadline in your service form. If express review is available for your selected service, you may be able to add it before checkout.
Some services may offer follow up questions, online consultation, negotiation support, amendment support, or additional advisory time as optional upgrades. Available options depend on the selected service.
If additional information is needed to complete the review, evaluation, or advisory request, the firm may follow up before completing the service.
If your matter requires support beyond the selected service, the firm may let you know whether additional services, a different service path, or a separate engagement may be appropriate.
